One day I took vacation from my beauty salon for a week. I decided to finally do what I've always loved from a child. Producing music. I brought a MC505. After I figured out how to get it to work. It just happened. I've never took music or piano lessons so I choice to believe in another life I produced music and played the piano.

Of course, like every thing I create or produce it's always before it time.

Not the best singer in the world because I'm toned death. I figured out how to make myself some what better. I would sing the song once and then I copy what I heard. And correct the second time around what was off.

Go figure. LOL!

Movie Premiere: Steven Drayton's "Married Men Single Women" Fort Lauderdale, Florida?


Married Men Single Women will take center stage and roll out the red carpet Hollywood-style at the one night only premiere of the highly anticipated screening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Being on Flav Flav Brother Steven Drayton Premiers producers was quit exciting. Featured on Deco Drive was wonderful.

"Married Men and Single Women", is an Urban Romantic Comedy/Drama about three couples who get married in a beautiful triple wedding. All three husbands eventually break their matrimonial vows. This film takes us on a very intriguing journey along side each of these men as they experience the highs of their extra-curricular activities as well as the unforgettable results of their adulterous indiscretions. There are a large range of emotions and situations that will be revealed including infidelity, hypocrisy, HIV, discrimination and several other special issues the audiences can relate to or empathize with. The viewing audiences will experience a tall glass of drama, a side of comedy, and a bowl full of reality.








Getting Older "N" Style

When I was 17 years old. My favorite artist was Tina Turner. Not only was I fan of her music but of her beauty. The lady just seem to not age at all.

I decided I was going to grow old like Tina Turner.

So I spent months researching how to grow old gracefully.

Of course this was before the internet. So off to the library I went. I spent hours learning what causes aging and what of course could not stop it but at least slow it way, way, way down. LOL.



  • Vitamins I learned is very important.

  • Working out. I work out every day.

  • Drinking to much for sure will age you. So I stopped in my twenties.

  • Getting 8 hours sleep.

  • Never use soap on your face.

  • Try not to wear makeup everyday.

  • Use cold cream to remove your makeup.

  • Use non scented cleaners. I use Olay.

  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

  • Drink alot of green tea.

  • Put vitamin C, green tea, E, Soy in your face and body cream. I only use Ponds.

  • Use cold water to rise your face.

  • Use grounded oatmeal and the white of the egg for your facial.




  • I workout on my arms every day. I use heavy weights only twice a week. I believe working out on your arms is very important for women. As we get older our arms develop what some people like to call wings.

    I workout every day even if it's only for 5 minutes.

    Your Biceps
    The biceps are made up of a long head and a short head, although both are activated during bicep exercises. The biceps are responsible for elbow flexion, forearm supination (turning your arm in and out) and are also involved in shoulder flexion to a small degree.

    Why Should You Work Your Biceps?
    Aside from looking great in sleeveless shirts, your biceps are involved in many upper body activities you do each day (picking things up and carrying them, etc.). In addition, your resistance training program should target ALL of your muscle groups, so make sure your routine is well-rounded. Your biceps muscles are fairly small, so keep in mind that you will not be able to use as much weight as you can for your chest or your back.

    How Often Should You Train Your Biceps?
    Like all muscles in your body, you can perform bicep exercises up to three non-consecutive days a week. If you're lifting heavy weights, (enough that you can only complete six to eight repetitions) you'll need at least two days of rest before you perform the exercise again. For this reason, you may only work your biceps once or twice a week. If you're goal is endurance/lean muscle, stick with one to three sets of 12-16 repetitions and at least one day of rest before you perform the exercises again. Keep in mind that you will use your biceps when performing

    What Exercises Should You Do?
    Most bicep exercises are called 'pulling' exercises and generally involve curling your hand towards your shoulders as in bicep curls. You can also incorporate wrist curls to work your forearms and you can do these exercises with any type of resistance--dumbbells, barbell, resistance bands, cables or a machine.
