What adjective would you use to describe this collection and explain why?
Answer:
Brazilian, I always like to use Brazilian aspects to design Poko Pano.
And elegance! This season’s swimsuits are appropriate for many occasions, a weekend on
the beach or a unforgettable night party.
Question:
How did you decide on what colors to use?
Answer: The colors come from
inspiration, in these cases Amazonia {São Paulo} and Paris.
Question:
When deciding on the material what did you look for?
Answer: I always look for the
latest technology in products {materials}, to provide comfort, quality, and durability to my clients.
I also worry about sustainability, we donate the pieces from the fabric to institutions
that use it for artistic works.
Question:
What makes your line stand out from the rest?
Answer: All the rich colors and it’s
sophistication.
Question:
What celebrity would you love to see wearing one of your designs and explain why?
Answer: For Poko Pano I´d love to
see Mischa Barton, because she represents the colorful beauty and sophistication of a
woman.
For Paola Robba; Carrie Bradshaw, with all her sensuality and strong personality.
Just like the music the collection emanates grace, and translates itself into a romantic
and intimate collection with special detail in each piece.
*Volumes, transparences and unusual materials like muslin and taffeta
*Embroideries and applications to reinforce luxury and sophistication
*Striking colors like greyish blue, aquamarine, light pink and white
*Strong tones like brown, black and red
*Organic elements like wood and python
